Building Oslomarked SA: a cooperative to grow a healthier work culture
In early 2024 I got to know Andreas Krogseth and he shared a vision of creating a cooperative that made it easier for local businesses to offer their employee services (soft services) to bigger companies.
August 2024 we took the vision one step further and established Oslomarked SA.
My role I am currently working as a contracted General Manager and working board member.

For en regenerativ fremtid: Supporting the regenerative movement in Norway
“For en regenerativ fremtid” aims to connect, strengheten and grow the regenerative movement in Norway. Starting organically with bonfires and gathering more and more people, our community counts around 200 people cross Norway of professionals dedicated to using their power at work to introduce regenerative principles.
My role I am the initiator, and currently running the support infrastructure needed for the initiative: webpage, calendar, Signal-group and dialoge events.

Sykkelprepp: Building a company with social and environmental impact
Sykkelprepp is a new venture on a mission to keep the city bike-life going all year around. In Oslo, more and more people use their bike to commute to work, but there is no proper maintenance solution available for most. Sykkelprepp offer bike cleaning services and key locations in the city. Our vision is to ble able to offer first job experience to young people once we have a tested pilot.
Where we are now We are in the beginning of an exciting journey, starting pilot testing December this year (2025).

Experience: Learning experiences
Regenerative learning circle
The fall of 2024 I created and delivered a regenerative bookclub or learning circle for individuals wanting to learn about regenerative culture. Using Daniel Wahls book “Designing regenerative cultures” 12 participants from different countries and disciplines followed the 8 week program of co-learning. Due to popular demand, the same learning circle run spring 2025.
Circular innovation for the waste management sector
At Center for lifelong learning at University Innlandet I helped shape, facilitate and supervise a post-graduate learning program on circularity and sustainable business models for people working in the waste management sector. The program lasted for 6 months and had 80 participants.
Regenerative dialoge and spring celebration
Collaborating with Pinecone leadership, Opaker gård and we created a community event to open up reflections of how a regenerative Oslo would look like. We had 80 participants joining us at House of Consciousness.
